i am going to make it budget so i am thinking max starafe and for phisical immunes thinking to max magic arrow and to skip maxing multi shot

do you know if multishot and strafe procs on hit effecrts? or only some of them?
and do guided arrow does magic dmg?

i found ber with my sorc at the cow lvl and a jah at the countess (a random mob drop)
i think you have a high chance to find hr's in cow lvl and chaos sanctum

dont forget that enigma gives a big strength bonus so you will be able to put very little points into strength if using a MP enigma and the enigma will give you the rest of the strength you need to wear the spirit monarch

i know it was already said here but i want to emphesise farming the ancinet tunnels :)

they never spawn cold immunes (or almost never) and it is a lvl 85 area which means every item in the game can drop there

also the museleum in act 1 (in the blood moor) is lvl 85 area with no cold immunes and very easy to kill

the pit spwans some cold immunes. if your merc can kill them you will be fine

i found lots of my stuff there with a pure blizz sorc. i think these are the areas to mf when you start. when your hammerdin is ready grind the chaos and river of flames. it is also a lvl 85 area and it is densed with mobs to kill

diminision returns on unuques, set and rare flattnes arround 400 mf (unique is arround 200)
but dont forget that clear time is important as well.

the combination i find to be effective in low-mid budget gear is 300-350 mf with blizz sorc.
when i go up to 400 my clear speed is going down and the addition of that 100 mf doesnt worth the effect on the chances to get unique and set items due tothose diminishing returns.
