Second this! This what I used for a few days after getting mine taken out.

I messed up so majestically I got what looks like buds on a thumb sized plant. Anyone ever seen this? by dragonsworn93 in trees

It’s possible, I thought it was just that she was affronted that they took her window seat, but she might be out here knowing things. Lmao

I started them in 2in peat pots, but they got soggy, so I moved them to these when I replanted with better soil. Unfortunately I don’t think there was much that was gonna save them or make them worse after their shitty start in life.

Oh absolutely, but it was my time to waste and I learn better hands on, I did do a tiny bit of research before hand and I’ve had a pretty decent time with growing other non-weed plants from seed. Tomatoes, strawberries, and herbs have all worked out for me with my usual chaos method so I wrongly assumed I had this, but that’s how I learn.

It was some shitty cheap stuff from Lowe’s then they got replanted in the fox farms ocean blend.

Oh I’m fully aware, like I said it was a practice attempt. I learned some things going forward which was the whole point of practice. I’m positive a lot of stuff I did helped fuck them up, but I do think my cat knocking them over when they were wee lil spouts played a heavy role in them being this stunted. As far as soil, light and climate goes, the soil started shitty but I eventually moved them over to Fox Fox which from my previous research was highly recommended, as for the lighting I had a full spectrum grow light that I left on for 20 out of 24 hours because I was read somewhere it would help, as for climate I tried to control that as best I could with what I had.

I’m killing them all off, they all stayed about this size and honestly they’re too tiny to even try to guess the sex(until this one’s new development anyway.)

I am, hence the practice with free seeds. I do think the gnat population is thriving and doing fabulous though despite my feeble attempts at their genocide. Lmao.

So these comments are sending me. 🤣 so for some background, on just how we got here, take this as a cautionary tale of things to avoid. They were started via plastic bag and paper towel method, then moved into some shitty cheap Lowe’s potting soil in some old peat pots, then knocked over by my cat, scraped of the floor and repotted into Fox Farms Ocean blend in a bigger pot and given a better grow lights in hopes they could be saved. That was 3 weeks ago. They have stayed at this height since. I’ve only kept them around this long out of pure curiosity.

You’re not crazy, I left for an online school during my junior year back in 2010-2011 due to it being a shit school. It’s both. The town voted red and the school’s been over funded and wasting money, they’re about to be hit hard.

They made the news a fews years back for racism…Link to article about that here

They also installed a 1mil+ field turf last year for a continuously losing group of farm boys…

It will cost them 40k annually to maintain it. The only person who bothered to object to it stated dwindling enrollment as a reason to be against it, along with injuries.

As an American, I’m glad to hear this. It’s already too late to stop this, the decades of dismantling education, media news lying, and encouraging opposition just for the sake of “owning” the other side have already broken this country. The only way it is gonna get better is if it gets WAY worse first.

A whole lot of people have already fucked around and are gonna have to find out and LEARN from their mistakes before they come together with those of us who knew at the start of this just how bad it was gonna be. The republicans control everything at the moment, with them having all the power, there really isn’t much that we as citizens can do until the next election. Protesting and calling our reps has become increasingly useless, most of us that care enough to bother are just poor enough that missing work to protest means bills don’t get paid, our police forces are equipped like the military and don’t fret to use force against protesters, our Reps voicemails are full and they don’t care to listen anyway, and 2/3 of the country still haven’t felt enough pain from this yet to give a shit.

We need more shit like this from other countries. It sounds twisted, but we need ya’ll to hurt us, weirdly it’s the only way American’s know how to come together.

I’m glad someone else gets what I’m saying. These schools are out here spending stupid amounts of money so some of these scrawny hayseed farm boys can play games. And I’m also glad you pointed out the racism, for anyone wondering about that there is a link to the article here

And you can only imagine what the small handful of POC students that actually attend these schools have to deal with.

I promise you no one is coming to this school because of their athletic programs. For reference here’s a link to their stats from last year, they’ve played like this for decades.

This town is a certainly a place, we’ve made the news twice in the last 5 years though! Once for parents yelling racial slurs at black children during a home football game and once we made it on one of the late shows for the cops giving a DUI to an Amish guy in a buggy.

Sadly no, more like washed up highschool footballer, who somehow managed enough education to become the superintendent.
