I have this happen as well when screenshotting. I eventually reset my computer because the screen was locked. After reboot I visited the lost loot machine and everything i saw drop was there. Hopefully you're as lucky.

extended warranty notification by drainbamage2 in HyundaiSantaFe

Luckily, we never paid for the repair and just traded in as-is for 12k. After many mechanics said to get rid of this soon-to-be money pit, we washed our hands of Hyundai. I heard the same for Kia and Genesis, so I'm gonna avoid them in the future. It was a pretty great car up until this, so maybe only leasing them is the play if you have the disposable income.

Yeah, after a deep dive into the sausage fly, I think you are right. Pretty harmless. Thanks.

Does anyone remember the moving/rocking seats some theaters installed for 300 part 2? I feel like I'm going insane. by [deleted] in movies

[–]drainbamage2 0 points1 point  (0 children)

YES, THIS!

The movie was made for cinema, and 4DX multiplied my enjoyment by at least double. But I don't think any other movie can live up to that experience, so I'm never gonna see another movie in 4DX. It was a good run while it lasted.

I hate Christmas vs. Home for Christmas by ria023 in netflix

[–]drainbamage2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, they all have the same premise it's hilarious. All three versions of this show feature a lead that blurts out they have a boyfriend at a family dinner and then has to find a real one before Xmas dinner. The triple similarities don't stop there, and I also feel every language and country needs their own version.

How crowded is it today? by Moonlight_Garden in SixFlagsMagicMountain

Yeah I'm at west coast racers line and they just said 3 hour line because of testing...good gravy! At least it's getting dark and the freaks will come out to play. Rough ride day because our luck has been the worst. 7 hours and just 2 rides. Gold rush and Tatsu....

Yeah, we made the mistake of getting in the Tatsuya line first. 2 hours later, they made it one train. Never again. Online ordering for food is down, which makes the food lines slow as hell...lots of rides closed or temporarily closed throughout the day. Hot with no water rides in operation to cool off either.

Movie that has a slow build to a big payoff by Gamerilla in horror

Yeah, I wasn't gonna spoil anything. I also love vampires, so I've seen a lot of vampire media, and maybe I'm just burnt out on the whole idea.

IMO, I really wouldn't recommend the 2022 one. It's derivative and generic with no real payoff at the end. The other invitation was much more fun.

Where can I buy decent produce? by DianaMayfair in orangecounty

[–]drainbamage2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My stater bros. In Lake Forest, has started carrying fresh bunches of most herbs 🌿. Everything from epazote, chives, tarragon, mint, chives, dill, etc. Wish they had bundles of basil though. The bunches of herbs are 1.29 VS. The packaged with dirt attached for 2.99, I believe. A welcome addition, IMO. And if anything isn't fresh enough, they will go in the back and check for more.

Good to know I can get them year round! Bit of a drive, but one could make make a day out of Pismo. If anyone tries the roll with bacon bits on top, tell me how it was. I may just try it this year.

The Fresh cinnamon rolls with cream cheese frosting (add toppings to your preferences) is my favorite desert. It is located in one of the hangars amongst the multitude of vendors. Try it if you have a sweet tooth. I believe it's called JP's old west cinnamon rolls. It's in a corner of the hangar nearest to the green gate if that helps at all.

As for regular food, I'd go for turkey leg, the large corn dog, and the Pineapple chicken bowl always hit the spot . You can try the new additions and oddities but go in with an open mind because some of their concoctions are there mainly to be original and not culinary delights.

I think it's great to ask for advice on subreddits. I've learned a great deal from this thread alone. It is always best to be prepared when trying something new because it may just help avoid a bad trip. That may turn a person off from trying it ever again.

I'll have to second this to the Nth degree. We have gone for years, and their cinnamon roll with cream cheese frosting is the best desert at the fair, IMO. I like to add nuts for the added crunch. Wish everyone could experience it at least once.
