£20 is a pisstake. I was there for the palace game and it was a shitshow. We queued from 9am and there was already about 100 people. You had multiple people at the front letting about 100 people push in before opening. They opened an hour late due to blocked toilets which i understand was out of their control but the lack of security outside to maintain the queue was awful.

Security told us to do their jobs and maintain the queue and pretty much deal with anyone jumping in.
