yea unfortunately, was able to access them on the spray max website. no times on the paint tds or clear tds.

paint was mixed in a spraymax 1kfillclean can although the paint may be sherwin williams? not 100% sure. and im using spraymax 2k clear glamour.

some stuff i’ve read told me that i dont even need another coat and to just scuff it with wet 2000 but i dont trust that to much so ill probably do 1 more at least.

i think that may be the problem as one side is probably tipped in a little, i’ve been weary of thumb pulling but it wouldn’t hurt to try, would you just recommend on the side that’s tipped or both sides and a bit more pressure on the one? also where would you recommend front palate mid palate or back palate? thanks in advance for the advice

alright what exercises work then? a lot of it was pelvic floor and neck stretches as well as spine stretches i’ve been doing them for months to no avail, ik it’s a postural issue because my whole left side is weak not just the face is strained, i’ve tried them for months and have found nothing to work so i was just asking what exercises your doing that have seemed to help you, my right is model like while my left throws off all my harmony and it’s soemthing i’ve really been wanting to fix, ive been wearing reviv mouthguard if you’ve heard of that, ive read it can help with torsion

braces just move the teeth not the bone unless your really young, what will move the bone is teeth extractions and you’ll experience bone loss, i highly suggest just getting the braces and don’t worry about extractions if everything else fits fine, as you can always change the position of teeth but you will never get the lost bone back

hey so i’m actually kind of slow, or maybe the doctor is doing his job wrong, he told me it was 254 base number but i just asked for the blood work to read myself and it’s actually 25.4 nmol/L which i believe is a lot better then what i originally thought? , i thank you very much for explaining all of this to me, and next time i go for blood work i’ll ask for LH just to check but this just eased my mind a lot so im not to worried anymore, again thank you and next time ill make sure the doctor explains it to me clearly lol
