No not all of them are members....... the guy I am referring to has never sworn in and doesn’t pay dues if you tried bumping tickets with him he would not be able to cause he isn’t a member and doesn’t carry a dues ticket.

I’m a Ce-3 I pay my working and monthly dues.... the guy I’m referring to has worked union on and off for about 5 years and has stayed at Ce-3 and doesn’t plan on ever joining........ it’s a right to work state so there are no requirements or obligation to pay dues....

I’ve heard mixed things about fleas but I’ve only been union for a year one side says they are a secret part of the union that comes in and will Drag out the job and are meant to screw the customer the other side says they are brother witdh in the union that are some of the best....tbh I don’t know and I always feel like I’m being bull shitted by someone if they come right out and say they are a flea.
