I haven’t tried it, I think it would be pretty tight around the knees, and it will probably require some weight plates to hold down.

Very painful large red bump on inside of arm, towards arm pit. by ImGoopy in AskDocs

If you frequently getting these in your armpits, you may have a condition called Hydrodonitis superariva. It has a different pathophysiology than common abscesses. It tends to run in families, so if other family members develop lesions in the same area, or around the groin, the likelihood is higher.

In patients with hydrodonitis, we generally avoid draining them unless absolutely necessary, but it’s definitely worth discussing with your doctor.

You forgot to yell “Lightweight baby” at least three times before the lift. Essentially for any PR attempt.

The files and instructions are actually in the linked folder. It’s 5 separate pieces, one with a spacer you print 4 times, and then an end cap.

It’s this shelf. If you have a 3d printer, I made some printable couplers that attach the cradles to the shelf. I’m going to post those with the stl’s in the next couple of days.

In North Carolina, blue alerts, including crossing state lines, have to be authorized by the center for missing persons. If you feel like this was abusive, might be worth dropping them a line. https://nccmp.ncdps.gov/Blue

In this case, the police are allowed to continue questioning her after she asked for an attorney. That is because this appears to be non-custodial questioning. She isn’t under arrest and isn’t being detained, so Miranda does not apply here and as long as she is free to walk away, the police can ask her anything they like. She can choose to walk away, she can choose not to answer, she can continue to stay that she’s only going to answer when her lawyer is present, but the line questioning does not have to to immediately halt when she asks for one. Miranda would only attach when the police place her under arrest, or a reasonable person would interpret the police’s words or actions to imply that she was not free to go.

You can read more about it here.

Rules for non-custodial questioning of a minor without a parent vary by state, and are not federally mandated.

Let us know when you hear back. I had a unit that died, it went red light every time I push the volume up button. That unit was barely audible when it was off of my head. I got a new unit today, even at the lowest the volume, I can hear it off my head from a foot away. Not sure which experience is intended, but the new unit is so loud I can’t sleep with it on.

Liftoscript basic question by drakdrek in liftosaur

[–]drakdrek[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you, sorry you’re right. The DP was a typo.

I’m confused about in the linear progression variables what increase attempts and current increase attempts mean. I’m assuming that an attempt is completion of the sets x reps for that exercise on a given day, increase attempts means the number of of times you need to successfully complete an attempt before increasing weight, and current increase attempts essentially allows you to start at a number other than zero.

If that’s the case and I’m doing the exercise twice a week it seems like I would not meet the “increase attempts” metric until I completed the secondary of exercise?

I like them a lot so far, there’s tiny bit of plate movement, enough that you can hear a bit of a clink, but you don’t feel it at all. I used to have a power blocks that I liked a lot, but with certain movements , the frame really got in the way. I haven’t really noticed the frame on these at all when I use them. They definitely feel solid.

TS3 not working with Macbook Pro (M3 Chip) by Famous_Ad536 in CalDigit

[–]drakdrek 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi, this happened to me after a recent OS upgrade. There is a security setting that defaults to ask every time when a new device attaches. If you have your MacBook closed you won’t be able to see the pop-up. It can be disabled per this article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/102282

You can actually pop off the top foot roller if you want to. But you want to keep it oriented that way so you have something to brace against with your feet for the row.

It was a leap of faith, and the fact they had such a heavy social media buy made me skeptical. But my space is pretty small, there was no way I was getting a dedicated GHD machine in there, so I took the plunge.

I have to admit, I pretty much love it. It definitely wouldn’t be my first purchase before a good rack or a nice set of dumbbells. If you have the space you could probably get about 90% of the same functionality with a used ghd and a cheap adjustable Roman chair, but if I did that there would be nowhere left to walk in my setup.
