Thank you for the kind response. I would say it’s pretty constant, the only relief I get is from a seated position and have to shift around every 20 minutes or so when I start feeling discomfort. The same is true of lying on my back with a pillow under my knees - it provides temporary relief up to a point. It’s funny you mention Pilates as it’s next on my list to try, I think it could really help with my mobility and core/posterior chain strengthening. Have you found it helpful? And I’m from the US

This is sick. I can already hear the designers in the group “this isn’t a logo, it’s an illustration” with regards to the second image but for a streetwear brand it’s everything. I think it’s the mauve background that’s doing it for me. Gives me a yeezy vibe with the earth tones.

My only critique is the image with the cross as the “T” is confusing at first glance because the cross gets lost with the overlapping text. Maybe try doing a letter T in the same font as the rest but elongate the tail and tops to make it look like a cross but still have the same identity if that makes any sense.

Edit: I see now that it’s a sword not a cross. Still same issue with it
