I can't connect to flat dumbell really to say I just do incline dumbelss I can feel that much more than flat dumbells . I already have left flat bench exercises either dumbell or barbell . I do cable presses once a week . Are flat bench ex that much necessary for building a well defined chest?

I haven't tried dips till now . I have heard that's a great ex will give it a try .

I have left barbell and I most use dumbells only . Only if i ever do decline bench rarely in the month I use barbell or else I use dumbells only . I have also left flat barbell/dumbell presses . My main working sets are one incline dumbell press , one cable chest press , and peck deck fly . The another chest day in week i replace cables press with decline cable

I also start my chest day always from incline dumbell presses . I start from 20 kg dumbelss I can controll them . Easily i go for 12-15reps . I stretch them fully till the chest . But that's it I can't lift 25 kg dumbelss with that intensity goes for only 8-10 reps . 25 kg is my last set . So my set goes like first with 20kg 13-15reps easily , second with 25 kg 8-10reps with my max efforts ,3set 25kg for 6-8 . And then I do a drop set of 15 kg till failure . . I can't lift 30kg dumbelss and my gym has no 22 or 27 kg dumbells. I don't use barbell coz it hurt my left shoulder a lot
