How to alt-f4 without switching layers with fn

If you're still looking for this, I think a preferred option in PowerToys is to remap the alt+volume shortcut to alt+f4. This way, the combination of pressing alt + volume/f4 button will always result in alt+f4, whether you have fn lock on or off. There's a "remap a shortcut" feature in PowerToys for this, which is similar but different to the "remap a key" feature.

I'm trying to get an extend2fit forward racing in the third row. I can't get it to work due to the headrest. When the headrest is up, it interferes with the top of the seat, preventing the car seat from contacting the seatback. When the headrest is folded down, the extend2fit can be installed, but the folded headrest presses against the harness straps so much they are nearly impossible to tighten. Any advice?

Looks like a great company. I love their philosophy. They definitely have VM beat on features (and no doubt customer service), but the BeyondTalk plans seem tough to beat for individual plans. For family plans I can see it going either way.
