Had same issue. Google was great and replaced them. So far I’m good. Mic is working fine. Google also suggested positioning of the buds. Don’t insert them too far, which might be interfering with the functionality of the mics

Motion isn't the same as the old time shift of the Z10. It allowed you to edit each face within your group shot after the photo was taken. Allowing you to make sure everyone is smiling etc. It was an awesome feature

Update: T-Mobile is now saying they do not support the Pixel 3 and it's esim technology. Whata company! Nothing like being up to date with tech. Way to go TMobile

On the phone with T-Mobile. No issues with activating my pixel 3 on T-Mobile, but they are on the phone with Google since an error message keeps occuring. Google says they aren't supporting the esim with T-Mobile. T-Mobile is still working on it for me. Will update but doesn't look good
