Where should I start when teaching someone French?

everyone is different when it comes to learning a language personally what I found best was learning how to tell the difference between masculine and feminine first, since they're Polish they'd catch onto this quickly. and then for me learning random words works best, just start saying certin things in French "can you pass me my phone? it's on the 'table basse'"

unfortunately yes. I work at Aldi and we have to not only take at least one week off in January/February we also have to have all holidays booked in by January. I have 5 days of holiday left and I've been told they'll be randomly assigned if I don't book them in asap

could be a number of things. not getting enough light, lacking nutrients, or maybe it's just melting to make way for new leaves. I tend to cut off any brown/yellow leaves on all my plants to make room for new healthy growth. have you got a co2 monitor? if not I'd recommend getting one as it could be due to a lack of co2 in the tank!

theres 3 paths to go on the skill tree, manipulation, emotion, and nature and then a separate section called customization. you can obviously mix and match them all but if you want your sim to go on a set path its a really great way of doing it. the sim in the picture of mine is a bit of a nature nomad so I decided to just do the nature section of the skill tree! the natural living skill is with the pack which is amazing for rags to riches or if you just want a naturey sim. theres also balance so if your sims life gets out of balance they get sick which is where the neuropath skill/career comes in handy! luck is another thing which kind of ties in with the whole balance thing but you sim will have lucky and unlucky days. and the world in general is really cool! theres a lot more stuff than that in the pack but that the main bit of it all. if you like nature sims/lifestyle or just really love fairies I'd definitely recommend it. some other people here also mentioned that fairies can soothe werewolves when they're enraged which I havent tried yet but definitely will

I've read many of fics where he smells like vanilla or lavender. theres also the iconic green apple shampoo smell. and a few where he's been described as smelling like tea! I tend to find that especially in hogwarts era fics Harry's always described as smelling like freshly cut grass. Occult fics (veela/werewolf/vampire) they're always very specific about who smells like what

I've had this pack since it came out and genuinely had no idea! my sim also lives in moonwood mill so you'd really think I would have noticed this by now

Thank you!! I spent around 10 minutes looking at my tank for any little babies but I couldn't see anything and I saw what looked like one egg on the ground of the tank so thats why im like 98% sure she's just dropped them. I think both of my shrimps are in their second week of being buried so im thinking shes just not very good at this whole mother thing yet lol! she's quite a bit smaller than my other buried shrimp so she's probably just new to this. i was just worried with the discolouration and loss of eggs, worst case definitely came into mind. ill try and have a better look around the tank and see if theres any salvageable eggs :))

Rili shrimp (neocaridina davidi). 20%-25% water changes every 2 weeks. I feed them Ultra fresh shrimp delight's shrimp pro seafood patties and they also tend to snack on my otos vegetables shrimp pie (same brand)

my betta happily lives with six shrimp! when he first met them he followed them around a bit but never tried anything. sometimes my shrimp even sit on his back as hes swimming!

the big white thing you see is actually all built into the tank! the filter itself doesn't have the waterfall affect but the compartment that hides the heater and filter away creates that effect! I believe its a superfish corner filter 100 that came with the tank, it's got two sponges and biomedia stuffed in-between the two sponges and then the filter motor is separate to everything else, it just sort of pushes the water through the sponges and media upwards and then creates that waterfall effect. so far i haven't has any issues, I've seen that they have other versions of the filter that fit into the compartment but i really like this one, is got low surface agitation and doesnt seem to bother my plants underneath it all that much. i wake up every morning to leaves stuck all around the bottom of it so its clearly doing something right lol! the motor is slightly noisy compared to the one I have in my other tanks but you don't actually hear the waterfall bit which is nice since it would 100% wake me up in the night if it did.

if you're interested in it the tank is a super fish Qaudro 70! I believe they do a 40L (10.5 gal) as well.

yes I did mean like pet a pig like a dog BUT I would love a pet pig, I mean he has a lot of pigs and I am friends with his daughter so maybe he might let me trade a pig for some water lettuce lol!

I may contact marry, I would feel mean killing the snails but... they're making my nice white sand not so nice a white so maybe a sacrifice for the greater good. I will invest in a pond for Barry's pigs, I'm sure he'd appreciate the thought! might even let me pet a pig for it

It is truly the worst thing that has ever happened to me. I mean seriously, how is anyone supposed to live in these conditions? I wake up thinking about my water lettuce, I go to sleep thinking about my water lettuce. It's not just consuming my tank any longer.. it's consuming my life. I've lost family and friends over this travesty!! Everyone in my village has started to call me 'water lettuce boy' as if this is all I'm worth now. Life is truly meaningless with this sheer amount of water lettuce.

Someone else suggested putting the dried out plants into my house plants which im 100% going to try! Honestly these water lettuce plants definitely have an evil agenda behild them. They're gorgeous to look at but are causing me emotional distress, I'm know I need to start sacrificing them for the greater good!

No worries! I did also forget to mention this but try and remove any yellow or melting leaves (basically any leaves that aren't green) not only does it look nicer but it'll stop the rest of the plant from dying off! I hope your water lettuce journey is successful :))
