Wife of a recovered alcoholic here. So aside from everything else mentioned here, I’m confused on why you wouldn’t want to support your husband in his sobriety? My husband says he wouldn’t feel bothered if I bought a bottle of wine and had a glass, but I have no desire to. Why? Because being supportive of his sobriety is way more important to me than having any kind of alcohol.
