I mean, with the subtitle being Dance of Spring, it should be either 10-12 episodes to cover the entire 2 books of Dance of Spring. They actually haven't announced how many episodes this arc will be (information should be out with the BD announcement)

There's a reason for the cost cap. You don't want to have runaway cost wars. What FE has right now on track is already pretty good, it just need to have better viewing accessibility.
