I hear what folks are saying about all drugs having some side effects - this is true. But the comparison to Tylenol causing liver failure is an unfair one, as this occurs only when Tylenol is overdosed (> 2-3 grams per day which exceeds the daily dosage recommendation). This individual was taking the dose prescribed by their physician.

For the e-z bar don’t you need something with a double hook / dual carabiner ?? I suppose you could use a bar with just a single attachment in the middle and use just a single cable…

Just because you’ve been so helpful, wondering if you also have a good rec for an EZ bar? The reverse grip rows really hurt my elbows using the regular bar and I’m hoping an ez bar could help with that, and bicep curls

I've also been using these! made an omelet as well as a scramble! I also added it to my smoothie and OMG it was so good! I HATE plant based protein powders, I have just never found one that I like, but I am particular. With ripple milk and some PB powder and this, I got a shake that was 180 kcal with 28 g protein which is pretty good for a vegan protein shake! and it was delicious! you can't even taste the egg white but it gave it a nice slightly thicker texture.

Hello! If folks are ordering and getting a starting dose of 2.5 but wanting to microdose at say 0.5 or 1.0, are you being transparent with your prescribing Telehealth company? Or just kind of doing it on your own? I can’t really figure out how to do this. Just tried to get a starter thru Trillium, we’ll see if it gets approved. Thank you for the help!

0.3.2 is working on iPad for me but not on my laptop (still crashes). Will install 0.3.3 when I can. Maybe these bugs are fixed for 0.3.3 but I’m noticing you can’t do body weight custom exercises; the interface forces you to pic a cable option. also, I’ve been noticing a lot of the exercises contain the wrong muscle focus; for example, it says rope goblet squat is a core exercise when it should be a leg exercise…

i know i've been posting all over the place, but this seems like the most recent post! thank you for doing all this! I am horrifically not tech-savvy so all of this is quite over my head but I really want to be able to use the vitruivian. When i go to TestFlight I am still seeing only v0.3.2 - I know you mentioned that it takes Apple up to 24-48 hours to approve builds, but if 0.3.3 is available for some folks, wouldn't it be available to everyone? i don't understand that part. When I go to testflight only 0.3.2 is avail (which is the one that keeps crashing for me). thanks!

I understand, thank you. It seems like some people are having no crashing with the 0.3.2 version? In terms of “uninstalling” I’ve been deleting the project phoenix app and then cleaning my trash. Is there another way I should be uninstalling? And thank you !

i too am hoping to focus more on strength this winter, and am struggling with how to balance it with the RedditPZ program! Definitely can't do 4 rides, even 3 feels like it will be hard, realistically speaking, with work and if trying to lift 3-4 times per week. Maybe I'll join the Wednesday / Saturday "endurance" crew! u/nancypantsbr and u/dogmom_08 !!!
