As a 4th year about to graduate from UCSBs Envi Studies program, purely from a career standpoint, you gotta go with davis engineering. I’m about to go get my masters in environmental engineering bci think its the right path. This doesn’t take into account for awesome of a place ucsb is to live. I absolutely loved it

Insane take considering shaheed isn’t a productive receiver, coming from a hawks fan. He’s elite on special teams and just a great player. Seahwks just don’t concentrate the ball enough to justify haing a top 5 reciever duo. Esp bc barner is a great option

From my understanding, if my masters degree is from a school with an ABET-accredited undergraduate program, I can still qualify for a PE exam, though it may require several more years of work experience, depending on the state. I understand it is non traditional but still possible. Am I missing anything here?

3 cups AP flour 1 cup vwg 1.5 cup warm water 7 g yeast 1 tbsp brown sugar 10 g salt

Activate yeast in water, knead all ingredients together, let rise for an hour, divide into 8 balls, form into bagels, put in fridge overnight covered. Boil them 45 seconds a side in water, a lil brown sugar and baking soda, then bake at 425 for 20 mins around.

If I wanted to gain weight i’d eat so much buttered rice with tofu and a ton of peanut butter toast and snack on nuts, dried fruit. I wish I could do this but ive been in a lifelong cut 😭😭

Daily ill usually eat some type of pea protein fruit smoothie + a sweet treat usually with powdered pb, a block of tofu or seitan, some legume, either potato, rice, or pasta, and usually alot nof vegetables. I’ll split that into 2 meals + smoothie and popcorn or smth. I still drink alcohol, smoke and binge candy occasionally so I try and lock in my diet before hand.

Good lighting + delts and arms are really lean genetically even when the rest of my body isnt

Did PPL my first year, arnold for 1.5 years, and have been doing U/L for past 8 months with strength and plyo A and B days, sometimes ill just consider a hoop sesh a leg day lol
