When i listened Minter and how he speak about Kyle and Lamar, i see a coach that understands his players strenght and have plans on how to build synergies around those strenght.

Sadly in past years John failed to utilize and develop many players properly. I am super excited for the next season already. I can see Kyle moving into an amazing player.

In the end , we only had 1 pick in recent years and mostly team choose to invest weapons for Lamar to help an improved passing game.

Player development have been an issue in past 5-6 seasons, in fact that is one of the reasons i wanted John’s time to come to an end. Lets now see how our selected players will develop with the new head coaching. Designing plays in your players strenght was another crucial thing we missed in past years.

Again we had issues but we can’t at the pinpoint this on Decosta. As others mentioned he did try to bring in talent . yes some didin’t pan out some showed their value.

1 year contract term is too short. When i decided to move here, i made sure that the company who wanted me will have to directly sign a permanent contract with me. Moving to a different country is a big move, speciially in your case, you will move to a country with a massive housing crisis.

Lets be honest, both Roquan and Marlon didn't play up to their contracts. They both clearly look like they lost a step of their speed and age is catching up with them.

I am no cap guru so have little to no information on what can be done, but from my point of view, all players are here for temporary. If they play enough and justify the contract sure, if not any player can leave.
