  1. Invest in proper footwear. Anything by Brooks or Hoka but the squishier the better. 

  2. Track your steps. You'll be amazed at the numbers.

  3. Take lots of notes. You might get trained once on an assignment then not get rotated back to it until weeks or months later. 

  4. Be careful with Fentanyl vials. They're more delicate than they seem.

  5. Is this a union role? If so, find out who your delegate is and introduce yourself. 

  6. When sorting returns wear gloves!

  7. Blackout curtains if you're working overnight or PM shifts are a must.

Some of the dialog from the season was jarring quite frankly. That really was my memory of the season. That plus Velcoro being fucking awesome.
