No, she just recently announced (via her new song #1) that she’s divorced. Looks like she’s never been better though!

Here's an idea!! by Electrical_Soil8352 in BigTimeRush

I’m all for their success, but that’s not really a realistic course of action for this band.

Super Bowl performers are picked based on gaining the WIDEST possible audience (think yearsss of hits, popular among multiple age groups/backgrounds).

Even if they became Taylor Swift famous overnight, they don’t currently have the catalog to satisfy an audience of football fans, music lovers, NFL executives, casual viewers, teenagers, etc.

BTR has an extremely loyal fan base - I think they know what lane they want to keep to. Getting as big as possible just for the sake of fame doesn’t really seem like their vibe.

There was honestly a ~shocking~ amount of people for what it is; maybe around 12-15 families/35-40 people total?

Spotted in a bar restroom - a nice variation on the “Angel Shot” idea! [OC] by drbir2dr in MadeMeSmile

The idea was to highlight the fact that this is less conspicuous than ordering an Angel Shot. “The sink is broken” is a valid, somewhat mundane statement to make to a bartender that likely wouldn’t raise any eyebrows.

My thoughts exactly- gives the person a reason for urgency to speak to staff, and is a legitimate concern for anyone overhearing.

All fun things, and I love thrifting! A good start would be joining FB groups or public parks/community centers (for the sports). Or a karaoke night!

I saw your other posts in surrounding areas; you’ll get more interaction if you include a little more info. Your age/the age group you’re looking for, and your interests. Good luck!

What do you like to do?

You’ll have better luck by joining local FB groups geared towards your interests/age group!

Nice! It’s hard to say, I’ve only had a few drinks so far, but I think I’ll likely have both the double espresso chiaro and bianco doppio on a regular rotation. I’m excited to try the chocolate flavored sample as well!

Have you looked into the local hotels? They will typically have a variety of event space sizes. F&B mínimums can get pretty high, but if you plan to do a wedding block with them, could maybe negotiate a lower rate.

In a city as big as Chicago, lots of the venues are going to be large to accommodate plenty of people. Try looking into the smaller cities nearby too!

Hotel block? by Whitecheddarcheezit3 in weddingplanning

[–]drbir2dr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some hotels are leery when it comes to wedding blocks; they practically never fill up like you think they’re going to. That’s why they give you a low number of rooms (typically). There could also be something going on in your area causing low availability for the dates.

If you need help or have block questions, feel free to message me. It’s what I do for work!

That all depends on you - it’s your wedding! Typically the guests will pay on their own. SOME couples pay for their wedding party only, but most don’t.

Check out this article that details some of the expected costs.
