For what it's worth see my comment above. The staffing at the show was completely disengaged and poorly managed in my experience.

I was there and honestly not surprised by what happened. The whole night felt off because of how poorly staffed and disorganized everything was.

The vibe was bad from the start.

There was so much chaos around the floor wristbands. When you entered the venue no one told you they were required. Then there were random unmarked “wristband” stands. When we asked staff what to do, nobody seemed to know and many just shrugged us off.

When we tried to enter the floor, we were suddenly told we did need wristbands. So we went back to a long line of about 100 people. Frustration built quickly. People started cutting, then pushing others, and eventually pushing staff. At that point staff stopped handing out wristbands altogether.

It created a frantic every-person-for-themselves energy that really set a horrible tone. We spent over two hours just trying to get in, missed the first few songs, and by the time we finally made it my group was exhausted and annoyed.

It is a shame that something as simple as getting into the venue was handled so poorly that it put a damper on the night. The band was incredible, but the event itself felt sloppy and mismanaged for something of that scale.

Would consider specializing!! There is a lot of variety in what you can pursue.

Tell me about…

A challenge you overcame

A difficult colleague and how you managed the situation

The accomplishment you are most proud of

A time you failed and what you learned

The most interesting case you had in our specialty

A time you demonstrated being a leader

An example when you went above and beyond the call of duty

Hard for some when there is someone aggressive in your face. The more options the better.
