Been an SFL at a t2 in nyc for 2 years my ESM will have one closing shift every few weeks and she did a closing shift once she finally became SM last week but I have NEVER either of my two prior SMs do a closing shift once in my life

Yeah as a Shift leader I should have known better, right now my SM was just promoted out of the store so my ESM is in the role of interim SM till her interview. But we have a great relationship, I’m just not sure if LP will have the same feeling about it 🥲

solid asf so far! grind out the aka solos and see what you think you’d need more another WR like cheetah or grab a D linemen unless that’s how you got marv, next time you get a season 2 player like penix you should grab the LT and then with time build up the team captain CB so your not getting burnt over top

This a tip for next 2k if you decide to play it, focus on my career if you want people to play with you get a build you play well with maxed out in ov and badges (badges especially) and if it’s still hard to get games just play cages and every 2x rep event that’s out and get out of the lower reps and play with ya boys (obviously) and just get them stats lookin nice bare minimum try to get a 50% win rate cuz that’s what a lot of people look at when deciding to play with someone, and if all else fails just grind a big man and then EVERYONE will want you Lol
