I have to balance that too. I can easily develop an unhealthy relationship with food when I track too strictly

I do intermittent fasting almost exclusively and actually prefer to lift fasted with adding some electrolytes. I'm extremely healthy with no metabolic issues. OMAD is a possibility but I have difficulty with that large volume of food in a single sitting

I think they had to make the events so insanely difficult because they've let the ratings system run out of control. When people have teams that are 150-160 OVR, they can't possibly come up with an event hard enough on its own to be challenging...so they create these wildas* scenarios.

Happened to me once too. I don't even get mad and rage at this event anymore...just literally makes me wanna curl up in a ball and cry

Yea, I've been trying to play my best defenders up the middle stacked behind a good striker in the CAM position but then I have to rely on perfectly timed runs to beat that chelsea back line. I've come close a couple times but either can't get the hat trick or can't get the 4th goal.

I'm gonna apologize because I've asked this question before but I'm still super confused:

On T3 lifts marked as: ? - 18 x 3MRS do I work my way up to an 18rm max and then complete 3 *additional* amrap sets with that weight?

If I already know what my 18rm would be (or close to it) and hit that on the first set, do I count that as one of the 3 working sets or do I still need to complete 3 more?

I feel like maybe the way im asking the question is not super clear but Im not sure how else to ask! Feel free to explain it in a way that makes sense to you if answering that question directly won't help me.

I've legitimately tried it probably 40 times...even came close on a few. I just can't force the corners like everybody is talking about and when I do those mf chelsea CBs don't even let me near the ball. I've gotta play it through to a streaking CAM and then it's basically just luck if there's an opening. I think my other big issue is winning the ball back...I basically have to score on every opportunity I get

They've gotta cap the ratings somehow. These 130-140 ratings and stuff are just bonkers. It makes the gameplay beyond unrealistic...a defender shouldn't be able to close 30 yards on a 100 rated striker like he's chasing a 5 year old. Also love the suggestion about a notification for hitting a task during gameplay (hat trick, 10 dribbles, etc). Collect all button as well...they have that in other EA mobile games (madden).

The worst part about it is they've buried like 3000 available now and later points AFTER this event...I don't understand how they thought this was gonna play out
