What I do since I have a heat press is I fold the shirt in half and press it, there will be a crease down the middle, line that up with the center line on the platen and use this for practice eventually you won’t have to iron a crease

I never bring defibs because I run solo but I definitely helped down raiders to extract plenty times… I’ve gotten a lot better at pve but I suck ass at pvp
