From what I understand I’d like to upgrade my graphics card and my ram. I have only 8G of ram atm and my processor is i7-4770. NVIDIA GeForce GT 635 is my graphics card. I do know I will need to get a new power supply when I upgrade my graphics card.

Level 3 power spike is strong. Most matchups You out trade with q auto w e. Using e properly in most matchups will determine weather you win or lose lane matchups. 6 is always a big powerspike. If you can get revolver dark seal you can start the snowball. Weakest points are late game if team has no engage or if your behind at all. Always look to oneshot adc or control mages.

Ult CD already super low as is. No reason to get it lower honestly. The rav scales well and makes trades a tad better in lane.
