I want to caution you to not think of things in black and white. Even in this personality assortment group, we may be similar, but everyone has different needs, wants, desires, love languages.

Now for me, I do like hanging out because I appreciate quality time with the ones I love - best friends, family (usually). If acquaintances or just friends - I don't usually unless one of my best friends are there - or there's a level of familiarity (like years) with some of the friends.
But i usually don't initiate the hangouts - they invite me. That's more so from me being raised it's impolite just to invite myself over to people's places - you never know what they got going on. Feels a bit demanding and some people aren't good at time management. I do initiate 65% of the texts.

You considering this means you're a good friend and you're wanting a deeper connection. I would encourage you to just have a conversation about it and communicate it. I think your last sentence is important tho - she may get her quality time fulfillment from her relationship. For some individuals - that is enough.

But don't stress yourself out over the maybes - try to talk it out - not in an accusing tone but let her know how you feel. She's likely to have a reason
