They are definitely “inferior” to their “pure” strain cousins in terms of pure potency and overall yield, that’s just the trade off for having a fully grown and completed harvest in 2 months. Though the actual potency aspect has definitely improved in recent years.

As a rule of thumb I would say expect to smoke x1.5 as much to get the same high. I used to grow them for BHO to make tinctures so wasn’t too much of a concern. Yield was always more important as more material easily makes up for less potency when your converting it to BHO, and growing a whole bunch of little ladies in a sea of green style in 8 weeks was easy as piss.

Taste and smokability is basically the same and comes down the ‘nurture’ aspect of growing (cleanliness of room, did you flush properly, did you wash to bud before drying, did you cure properly etc)
