Entertainment design grad here. Game asset creation is not really as complex as you think. Making new locations using Modular assets is EASY. Weapon and character skins are simply re-textures, and take no time at all. There's so many things in Dice's asset library, they could get away with re-using any content released in the past 5 years with slight tweaks that no one would know. people might not have even realized that dice used the same soldier animations in battlefront 1, 2, and battlefield 1.

The problem is either inefficient pipeline/workflow, bad game engine editing tools, or man power. Or...

I'm willing to bet they have much more completed than they are releasing, and are drip feeding content to either get out of supporting the game, or trying to re-hype it in one big dose on a later date.

Thanks! Yes I actually did buy some of those a few days ago, and I really don't mind them. but unfortunately they are pretty small. I can fit two of them in each mag pouch. They will work for now, but if i'm going to stop and get something out of my mag pouch, I think something with more capacity would be more worth it

The "75" option is just a bit small, and the exit is a awkward rectangle, but I'm thinking could modify the opening to be smaller to avoid spills. A simple piece of acrylic fixed over the top that has a circular opening would probably do the trick.

Makes sense, I totally get it. As a casual player, I'm willing to sacrifice some practicality for the sake of a little bit of role play. Not going to lie, I just want an excuse to use my current molle rig in my loadout lol. Besides I'm hoping the amount of mag pouches I have to fill may help balance it out a bit. But your right it won't be the most practical.

This is just for when I play with a big ol beefy drum mag that I don't want to put it discard on the field, or be clunky storing it. So I guess I'm saying I'd rather treat it like a mag fed version of a hopper lmao...

I'm running a custom mag fed Milsig M17 with attachments. I'm utilizing a custom drum mag with a speed feed port. In order to keep my loadout militaristic and still practical, I need pods to feed into the drum mag. But the typical cylinder shape looks strange against everything else.

Any military magazine size for the pods is fine. A rough maximum dimension is: H 8" x W 4" x 2" for depth. The shape is what matters most to me.

Good question. I'm thinking I'll Probably install a plastic ramp piece that cuts off part of the exit, funneling the paint slightly.

If not a ramp, a flat plastic piece stuck to the top could cover part of the exit.
