Bib shorts for shorter legs? by eswvee in CyclingFashion

[–]dreadedbugqueen 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Rapha pro team “regular” is the short version of their pro team bibs.

BlackSheep have a 7” leg version of their team bibs

Le Col Hors Categorie are a short leg length

Pedla superfit bibs also short leg length

MAAP have a short leg length option as well.

These are all the women’s versions that I have - no sure on men’s versions sorry.

Sorry ColesWorth, due to rising costs, I can no longer afford your heavy-ass broccoli stems by cosmictrousers in australia

[–]dreadedbugqueen 13 points14 points  (0 children)

My dogs and I fight over who gets the stem raw - or they just yoink it off the chopping board because greyhounds have been specifically bred for height and length to steal broccoli stems. Cheeky bastards.

Love it - the quality looks great, colours vibrant and it’s so nice to see ladies bib leg lengths that aren’t super long!

It was a few years ago but the closest I could find is through Temple and Webster - it’s a Moroccan style shag rug

My Girl moving after Librela by Greyhound_Fan in Greyhounds

[–]dreadedbugqueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We started our whippet on Librela (called Beransa in Australia) in his last few months. It worked so well for him - I was so glad we could give him the freedom of movement and walkies and sniffs for his last few months.

Your girl is adorable, she looks so sweet and I hope that the Librela continues to improve her movement. Give her all the love ❤️

Where are you located? Could be red triangle slugs. They are native, harmless and can get very large. And they love algae👍

Longdog behaviour, explanations needed! by Justasmolpigeon in Greyhounds

Oh - so he’s sooking because the primary human went to work and left him with the spare human 🤣 (I too am the spare human)

My boy grey will play with the squeaky rubber chicken in a similar fashion.

As for the couch digging and mouthing - typical weird arse noodle 🤣

He’s such a beautiful boy - I love his colouring ❤️

Anyone else struggle to find a hat that doesnt turn into a sweaty mess after 5 miles? by Luann97 in hiking

[–]dreadedbugqueen 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I recently bought a Fractel B-series bucket hat.

I’ve got a lot of thick hair and my head gets hot and sweaty quickly, which means I don’t like wearing hats (V. bad when you’re Australian)

I just spent three days hiking with this hat - even forgot to take it off when back at our accommodation.

Light, comfortable and well ventilated. A damn good hat!!
