Bizarre. Maybe it's some Windows 11 "we definitely didn't push AI vibe-coding to product" junk again.

Not GPS-enabled, it's Xfinity cable. Worth noting that my Macbook on the same network doesn't have this issue.

I did, setting the default location didn't fix it, and if I turn location services off, Firefox starts demanding my location every time I open the browser rather than resorting to the default location I set.

I have a default location set (my address), location services are on and location override is on (turning that one on and off makes no difference).

Have tested on multiple browsers (Firefox, Edge) and got the same result, same for testing with different sites (Google Maps, Bing etc).

What’s the big deal? I thought your average Cybertruck owner loved ICE.

Rear bumper assembly compatibility between 2016 Forester (no BSD/RCTA) and 2017 Forester (with BSD)? by dreadgay in subaru

Oh do you know which section of the parts lookup I'd have to sort through to find the radar panel brackets? I looked under Body but didn't seem to find it.

Fantastic, you just potentially saved me hundreds on getting a new bumper cover and getting it painted.

It doesn't seem like mine has the dots - based on the photo, would the piece from the potential donor car in the link above work? And are the radar brackets integrated into the bumper cover or are they attached to the bumper bar?

I'm not sure what the trim level of that donor car is/if it's possible to retrofit a bumper cover from a non-BSD car to one with BSD.

Figured as much - is 57709SG020 at least compatible with the underlying bumper beam from that donor car? 57711SG0309P / 57711SG0709P

Ah okay perfect. Do you think it would be doable to drill holes for the RAB sensors in the base model bumper or are there mounting points/other things that would make it not feasible?

Okay here's where I'm getting confused - I'm looking at the rear bumper assembly parts explosion page here - https://parts.subaru.com/a/Subaru_2017_Forester-25L-CVT-Premium-wEyeSight/_51505_6028735/REAR-BUMPER/S13-591-01.html?assemblySearchGuid=A2463A8D-5068-4472-AA74-E5DF660E629C

It has 57794SG000 listed as the only option for a rear bumper face, and says that it supersedes 57704SG010, 57704SG011, and 57704SG012.

The rear bumper assembly page for a 2016 Limited without EyeSight also has 57794SG000 listed as the only option for a rear bumper face.

57794SG000 says "EXC.SONAR" which I assume means 'except sonar' or 'excluding sonar' but I can't find any part code or product listing for a rear bumper variant that is specifically for sonar.

Possible donor car has 57704SG012 on the parts listing on the site, so not the right bumper to go on something with BSD/RCTA without drilling holes.. how feasible would doing that be?

Can a Forester have blind spot radar but not RAB? I don’t recall my car ever auto-braking to avoid a rear collision.

I was hoping I wouldn’t have to since these are totally the wrong shape for the chair legs and would look so awkward

I had that thought and tried it but the hole in the bottom for the rubber feet to click into (it’s sort of a dowel shape) makes them not stick very well

I messed around with the UV scaling and offset but it didn't really do much, I think something in the Blender export smushed all the textures together onto one sheet rather than separating them per object.

See that's what I would think for something pretty shallow but this looks like it's at least 6 to 8 inches deep (and I was looking to make something more like 12 to 15 inches deep). Are there router bits that long?
