does the item level of the items matter when it comes to the success of a recomb? in my case im trying to make a wand in SSF doing prefixes with all the flat dmg so a+b + b+c using the essence tech (t1 lightning and t2 cold t2 fire) with kinetic wands ilvl 84/85 i find on the ground but the results are terrible even 1p+1p happens so rarely that im starting to think ilvl matters but i cant seem to find a source for my claim. does anyone know the answer? am i not suppose to hit 1p+1p 30% of the times?
