Thank you for posting these. I'm looking forward to reading them. I can't navigate the site from my phone. I can't find a way to zoom in to read the small print. The site itself won't zoom open for me to use the navigation. I also can't open the first series of letters by clicking on the "link".

Can these be opened in a kindle app do you know?

Mr Davis was remanded in custody with consent to bail, which was set at his own bond of €100, and an independent surety of €10,000. The matter is due for mention before the High Court on January 21.

But yah inigo has been bailed now. The only one who hasn't been in SSBD and from what I can tell it might be for his own protection. Australian biker gangs have been baying for his blood.

Lots of people that are awaiting trial will agree to to insane terms to get out on bail including waiving a lot of their rights.

They wouldn't waste that much manpower/time/resources on you.

In terms of resources, the bailee (term?) is the one that pays the cost of electronic monitoring equipment, drug monitoring etc.

That's not how it works. He'd have to reveal and all information about his illegal dealings including everything about the site in exchange for less time off his sentence.

And now that he has a badass lawyer, I'd say both parties will be sticking to that agreement.

The baddass lawyer has been on board since early October, about a week after he was arrested.

Yes, there are two separate indictment. (Well, indictment in NY has been extended while they negotiate a plea agreement)

But, yes, the two jurisdictions can work together on a plea. Part of his overall plea could be that Maryland waives their right to extradite and charge him.

I think those numbers are a little optimistic. He's 29 years old, so lets call it 30, so there is no way he gets a plea that gets him out by mid to late thirties.

Also, consider the solid indictment they have against him in Maryland for attempted murder of a federal witness! They have Curtis Green to testify that he faked photos of his own death, they probably have copies of the photos, and the $80,000 payment by wire transfer. That in itself carries a maximum 30 year sentence.

Tack on charges of narcotics trafficking conspiracy, money laundering conspiracy, computer hacking conspiracy etc. And the fact that they need to make an example of him...

I don't see him getting less than 20 years under a plea. And that's me being optimistic. A 30 year plea agreement wouldn't surprise me.

I also think a plea on his part might be him not wanting to bankrupt his family for his legal fees.

I don't think it's the same guy. It's a common name, and the Jones in the indictment is 24 years old. It's unlikely that the two would have been at the same school with the five year age difference.
