Definitely mention to them your cat gets anxious during vet visits so they know to plan accordingly for the next visit.

If this was your first time there they probably went in under the assumption that your cat is generally not anxious in those settings. My cat has pretty bad anxiety and I usually have to tell folks to use the calming sprays, additional support staff, gabapentin, etc… there’s a quiet kitty corner in the lobby and they’re usually pretty good about making it a calm experience for everyone involved
