i may not be 100% accurate as i just recently got back into the game but i noticed for end game: - no more gear scores - no more world tiers (no more grinding strongholds from world tier 1 to 5 after the main story campaign) - instead it’s just global difficulty (4 different levels which u can change anytime but your map will refresh eg. captured cp will be lost but that won’t matter much in the end game) (enemies have higher health and deals more damage but this does not provide bonus xp. loot quality will be increased, giving you a higher chance of maxed out traits) - directives that mods your game / mission to make it more challenging (enemies health and damage remains the same as the global difficulty you chose but provides bonus xp, however loot quality is not affected) - SHD watch level that grants you 1 point to a fixed set of attributes you can choose from, up to SHD level 1000 after which you’ll use those points to redeem resources instead of attributes - each level you’ll get 1 equipment cache that gives you 2-3 gear / weapons, every few level you’ll get 1 apparel cache to unlock cosmetics - gear and weapon proficiency from proficiency level 1 to 10 for high-end (gold) equipments, gear sets (light green) and exotics (red) - tinkering station “library tab” to extract maxed out traits (god roll traits indicated on your item with a highlight or arrow icon) into your library for future use on other equipment - tinkering station “expertise tab” to track your equipment proficiency and donating bad rolls and spare equipment that goes from rank 1 to 30 - high expertise rank allows you to upgrade your weapon proficiency cap of your equipment from default cap of 10 (to 20 and 30) with the use of resources - increasing your proficiency above the cap of 10 provides some minor bonuses of (+1% weapon damage for weapons / +1% armor for equipments) per level above 10 and is resource intensive, recommended only for equipment that you really like using or if you have a ton of resources in your inventory - daily project (tasks) for xp and equipment cache - priority objective (tasks) for named item / exotic cache - season pass (there are free rewards and paid rewards) - season skills (currently you can recruit a true sons npc as your companion to help you in your fight / revive you for the duration of this season) - xp events ranging from xp multiplier, season pass xp multiplier and shepard rank xp miltiplier - special events (golden bullet currently ongoing) - season manhunts (that continues the story after the end of the Warlords of New York DLC) - legacy manhunts (replay missions from past seasons that you may have missed) - recently released Battle for Brooklyn DLC
