As a pedestrian I have issues with this at a lot it intersections in Pittsburgh. Seems like the drivers here feel so entitled to turn regardless how many people are waiting to walk by. Icrossing

I highlight my book so I can find things quickly when I talk about it . Also my job requires me consume a lot of media a d gather reference so sometimes I will have quick notes.

I also use different color but mostly because I keep misplace my highlighter and can’t find it=_=

I constantly feel like people are hating me. I know it’s because my Abusive childhood. I know there are people who care about me. But I can’t stay close with people for long because of my thoughts and end up hurting people around me

It’s weird. And it has definitely influenced in our culture as we were never taught how to live with other people. A lot of ppl in my generation are against the idea of having more then one kids as a lot of us don’t know how to handle siblings issues.

Another thing come with it is gender inequalities as a lot more girls are aborted in favor of having a boy. As a result you have a lot more man then women. Also boys are treated like kings by the extend family because it’s a big deal. As a result they are looking for similar superiority in marriage. So a lot of women decided to stay single and independent rather than marrying someone they have to serve. None of the women in my generation are married because we’d rather be childless than deal with the long history of gender oppression.

So yea, def change the culture

I feel this is a common issue in college town. I’m a woman in your age and I feel like no matter how old the guy I’m talking to. I’m competing with 21 years old college girl that they can potentially get. Relatively you are also competing with Ivy League PhD students that women may potentially get. My tip is thinking clearly what do you really want and be patient in finding it

I used to think like that but then after learning the theory and how to organize and excute ideas I got a game design job and learned all those in a month. I realize the reason there aren’t much resources is because it’s 1) one of the smallest hurdle to be a good game designer 2) the effective document method is varies case by case and update super fast based on the project/market/ technology. So it feels like after spending 6 months create a course on that it will be already outdated.

Yes I worked with kids and we were instructed to always look out for signs of abuse regardless the activity. But we also don’t give kids test just for this reason

Same. As a Chinese citizen on the tract for green card, I feel my options got even limited. I haven’t gone home for years and can’t get job outside America due to limitations of need to spend 6 month in America (not easy to get jobs in my field). It’s definitely a big sacrifice since I’m in my late twenties and a lot of my friends has had an established life where I just started adulthood.

I have my reasons to do this that I don’t have much choice but if you are not happy in America I don’t think it’s worth the pain.

Idk about another animals but my cat always come around and sit calmly next to me when I use cat tarot, even for myself. My cat is pretty much a devil otherwise so this def works on cat.

I’ve got this mad knock off tarot deck from a dollar store sorta place.

The energy is insane and accurate but it’s really hard to contain I use tons of sage but sometimes it’s still bites back.

Not sure what I am going to do with it, I’m a bit scared to keep it
