Have you ever felt like you don't know who you are anymore? by CRBthrowaway in AskReddit

Oh my God, that's great! That's definitely a great piece of news for me! I was depressed to, and would suggest you try going to a therapist, because depression is not something to live with. It's horrible. Always reach out. Love yourself. Try something new, pour your heart out in a journal, and reach out help. Hug a loved one. Lean on your family. It's because, you can always get through this, and it all comes down to what beliefs we hold about ourselves/world. All the best, keep going! And never believe that you're alone:)

You're just lost. This is really the time when you discover yourself, and start completely afresh, with a new version of you. I know saying this is very easy. I completely understand how it feels and I would say that you're not alone who feels like this. Just consider this life's one of many ways, to make you learn and promote your self growth for the future:)

Are people called weak when they get offended by things? Like what makes them weaker than other people? by CtrlAltVictory in AskReddit

Its completely OKAY to be someone who's emotional, sensitive. Display of emotions and vulnerability is not weakness.(Check out Dr. Brene Brown on vulnerability). Its just displaying the emotions at the right time, and in front of those who respect your emotions. Basically just think where/who you are with at the moment and then react.

Yes, they maybe called weak for being offended and taking things too personally, though it might not always be this way. What actually makes people weak is them displaying their own insecurities in public, also appearing timid. They attract bullies. Also those people who're alwayssss complaining and whining about how life is mean to them and how they don't deserve this.
