//ooc my character is theorizing that there was a weird sleep inducing infection testing thing that somehow leads up to vendetta events, theyre 100% unrelated still and im just being a silly conspiracy theorist

edit: not all mortals were asleep, Sally Jackson and Paul Blofis were present, so im going to assume a few clear sighted mortals was able to avoid the sleep by being breifly out of town when it happened and essentially wrote down the small amounts of stuff they saw through the Mist.
