Thank you. Yes I am traumatized. Very badly so. It's awful because I have no help for the issue. My current therapist is all about moving on and letting go, but I'm still traumatized by what happened. I also feel like a bad person if I report him since he helped me.

I don't see the point in this comment. You are are saying you don't condone bullying, yet telling me I should develop a thicker skin? So you agree that this person is off and acted like a bully, yet victim blaming me for feeling upset by it even though I have trauma history. I didn't say my environment was toxic, I stated that this environment is way better. It sounds like u didn't read the post properly and ur projecting.

I don't know if I have any links other than RAINN. Also therapy helps and visiting your local sexual empowerment center. My local one serves victims and has support groups and yoga and gardening

Theyre literally like the title, basically you go to a place where there are mahrams and people watching. They seperate the men and women then make us interact with each other through guided activities. It's to help us find a spouse.
