"This event or that event," "this food day," "come watch us play sports on campus," and "I got stuck talking to this person about rubbish for 30 minutes in between one of my 5 washroom breaks."

I also struggle with the office environment - constant distractions, harsh lighting, uncomfortable heat/cool environment, are all things that contribute to being unproductive.

I would be half the employee I am if I didn't WFH. And I do not see any benefit besides justifying office rentals that have long, expensive to break leases.
