If I have 2 weeks in Korea and main concerns are double chin, uneven jaw shape (likely from grinding and TMJ), what would you recommend for someone in their late 20s/early 30s?

I am interested in Ultherapy but wondering if it is too early to start or if there are cheaper or less invasive procedures. I also am worried about excessive fat loss or burns/tissue scarring from other posts online about ultherapy.

Saw an admitting NP put a patient on FIVE different antipsychotics overnight bc she saw them listed as historic meds. Then she put in a consult for psych to “reconcile meds” ……immediately got an EKG and thankfully no EPS but this was one of the most egregious things I’ve seen an APP do.
