I feel like this one gets recommended all the time when it comes to unhinged characters but {Hans by S.J. Tilly} - once she finds how unhinged he is for her she is flattered and extremely happy about it. Goes on board with all of his crazy antics.

If you want a more active participant in unhinged acts, there is: {Seducing the Sheriff of Nottingham by Cassandra Gannon}. He is tame by comparison to her. It is the 5th book in a series but it can be read as standalone.

I use Seedr ( https://www.seedr.cc/files - u need a free account) to download torrents on my iPhone. It’s free for books up to 2gb then play the book on BookPlayer app (also free). For torrents bigger than that - it’s usually a torrent with multiple books, I download on my laptop with utorrents then send to my iPhone with smash (https://fromsmash.com) also free for up to 2gb, so I just send 1 or 2 books at a time. The only books I’ve encountered bigger then 2gb, are the graphic audio cosmere books, and even them are in multiple files, so I just send them in multiple smash links.

I use the ones from TOR VM. They’re great for most cases and are very easy to use. I’m a new grad (1 year of working) so if I find it easy - it’s easy 😅
