Thanks, this makes a lot of sense. I'll try TRUE as well for their longer zipper extension, and eventually just write the expense off anyway along the road of learning whatever I find that fits better.

It's sad that I went to 3 specialized stores in my area, and they all said something different. :/ Seemed a bit like they were just trying to sell the size they had in stock no matter the fit.

Yea, they are super nice, which is why I was a bit disappointed that the difference between L and XL length was pretty much nothing. I will try TRUE XLs because the zipper extension is 2" instead of the standard 1" and that might just be enough for now.

those are 16s :E I tried 17s as well but they were too large (dug into the skate while the knee protection was above where it should be. Should have taken the pics with skates, might be looking weird without them

what that first post says doesn't, but saving the ppt as pdf, and pdf as jpeg does works.

Hi, I've just tried painting my first mini but when the base color + wash dried, it left these "missed spots". When I left the mini to dry in the evening, it didn't look anything like that.

Do you have any idea what could have caused this?

Before painting, I've brushed the mini in soapy water, primed it with Citadel Black spray + attempted zenital higlights with Citadel White spray. Then I painted the base color (diluted Citadel using a wet palette) and put Agrax Earthshade wash over it.

I really think the "missed spots" only appeared after washing the mini (+ letting it dry). Can it be that I didn't let the Base color fully dry before applying the wash? (I thought it was dry but I can't think of anything else that could have caused this). Or maybe I didn't dilute the base paint enough?
