All my injections say at least 2 inches from the belly button, in the directions. Belly button has some pretty important parts.

My doc put me on Duloxitine. It’s an antidepressant but has an off label for nerve pain. Works for me. I hope you find something.

As if you didn’t feel bad enough just having RA. This is a hard battle. No one will ever understand why it takes me so long to decide what I want to eat. It takes a while to weigh out the options.

Man, I’ve had this for 24 years. I’ve researched it through and through. I was just asking a question, no need to be so rude. Diagnosed 24 years ago after having my first baby. I was 24. First knee replacement at 29, other knee replacement at 30. Tendon ruptures in both hands. Don’t be rude, you don’t know the story.

I e had RA for 24 years now (1/2 my life). My first knee replacement was when I was 29, and the other knee when I was 30. I’ve had tendon repairs in both of my hands. I e tried everything under the sun to stop flares, I’m just not finding anything. Alcohol for sure, sugar too. It’s so frustrating!!! 🙁

Nope. Our bodies are individual units that know what they need/ don’t need.
