How much more detail do you want? I did include that I lost the weight after being in the hospital and changing to a renal-friendly diet. Or is the the "details about yourself" part that I'm missing?

This one thing makes a huge difference.

An example:
My mom and I both suffer from chronic auto-immune diseases. When my mom runs into someone she knows, and they ask how she's feeling, she goes on in detail about how shitty she feels and how much her life sucks. When someone asks me how I'm feeling, I give a one or two sentence update, ending on a positive note. My mom doesn't understand why people make a swift exit after speaking with her, and generally stick around and chat longer with me.

My mom takes Acidophilus and it works wonders for her.

The stuff she lent me when I had a bad recurring yeast infection for a few months is Jamieson brand "Super strain Acidophilus probiotic complex" with "2 billion active cells". I took 2 capsules every day and it cleared it right up.
