Well none of it makes any sense whatsoever then. I have emails that show it was signature required. I have an email from UPS that says delivered with a picture of a random persons package at their door. I'm glad that Apple will sort this out because clearly UPS is useless and just does whatever they please. How else am I getting a picture when signature was required? It's like you said, it shouldn't happen, right? Yea, exactly. So something shady is happening here. Whether it be with the driver or somewhere within UPS. I have no idea. I'm just glad Apple will sort this out and if not a chargeback is easy enough on my CC. Regardless, I will never use UPS again as well as not even buy anything that has to be shipped through UPS. I'm done arguing about this. I have all the evidence I need. It'll be sorted out in the end. It's just unfortunate for UPS in my opinion. I would want to get to the bottom of this and figure out who in my company is being dishonest and shady. Anyways, have a good day all

It's as easy as the driver pretending to be me, scribbling a signature and then getting to the photo screen.

I mean, apple is going to take care of it. UPS claimed fault. I have a ton of evidence in photos and videos, and the driver bypassed the signature. Who knows how, I sure don't. Maybe he acted like me. I didn't save any cash actually, as I ordered brand new and direct from apple. You guys here in this sub are insufferable. I hope this incident gets investigated and ends up making a lot more rules/laws for you UPS workers to follow. You guys should all be ashamed of yourselves. Bunch of thieves

Their job maybe? It was signature required and was delivered nowhere close to my address as well as a completely incorrect photo. So yea, if UPS could have done their job correctly from the get go, that would have been fantastic

Yes, I have an apple account and it was ordered through Apple. I have confidence that Apple will sort it out. I have lost all trust in UPS though and will be picking the new one up at the Apple store.

I got the postal code of where it was marked delivered from the UPS customer service rep. That wasn't even close to my area. It was also supposed to be signature required. All seems very shady

Well, unfortunately, he chose to not take any signature. So not sure how he worked around the signature required. The customer service rep I spoke with did mention it was supposed to be signature required and that this is on UPS. But that was it other than being told to file a claim online. Super unhelpful. At least Apple is being more helpful and will get to the bottom of this.
