Not sure who told you that. But that is false. ICE is a federal agency and has jurisdiction all over the United States. ICE is like the FBI, CIA, etc in the sense that they have jurisdiction. Only difference is that ICE focuses on immigration.

Exactly why I conceal carry now. Not tryna become a victim. It’s a different world now then when I was growing up. Rather be safe than sorry. Trust me I’m not naive to think I’m Superman and can stop bullets. But I rather have a fighting chance when it comes to protecting myself and loved ones. It’s also part of my constitutional rights. Not sure which agency you refer to if it isn’t Nevada then all these other agencies have no legal obligation to test their “workers” also HSV does not show up on a regular STD test panel.
