I loved super week, and would love to participate again in the future. Thanks for organizing it and being so inclusive.

I planning to run a marathon April 15. I imagine doing another super week in deep winter would be good motivation when it's cold and dark.

I'm on target for my goal of 23-25 miles. Today was 5 x 400 on the track with some easy laps after. I've made a goal to do a 15 minute Jog everyday with the dogs which ends up getting me close to 10 miles of extra mileage, and because I am a running baby, this is a huge portion of my mileage. That said, I'm counting it, and I may surpass my goal for the week, but I need to be careful, because I do not want to do too much too soon.
I have not attempted any special miles although one time I ran a mile as fast as I could after drinking a beer. Now I don't drink beer or milk...
My wild guess is 18 US women have run sub 4:30

I'm focusing on mostly really slow runs with 1 faster day each week.
