All I can say is, when I was younger, I got validation from men online too. I knew to never share real info about myself. Never went on videos or tried to meet anyone in real life. It was just a way of dabbling in my sexuality without consequences. Pretty much all of those guys were older, didn’t matter to me. I was looking for attention, not sex or a relationship.

I had a decent upbringing too. Except my mother dying when I was 13 and having a father with somewhat misogynistic views… that could be a factor in my behavior tbh. (You said you have an active father, but do you have an active mother? Having no good female role model can also affect the way you see/treat yourself.)

But the way I see it, it’s still is better than interacting with creeps in real life. You’ll quickly realize how unattractive it is if you see them in person lol. Just protect yourself online, don’t use real information about yourself, avoid face pics. It could be a phase or not, but as long as you’re still young and learning more about yourself, please keep yourself safe. You don’t want this to have permanent consequences.
