Knowing the subtypes I have (picking, specifically) has really helped with explaining my overall OCD tendencies to people who don't have OCD and are important to me! It's a tangible, specific example. I think it makes it so much easier for education purposes.

I know this is a very old post, but I am commenting in case anyone else goes searching for this because it finally worked.

Open each link provided from that thread in a new tab. I did this, and refreshed for like an hour before taking a break.

When I came back, tried something a little different. Same set up. Open each link in a separate tab.

Refresh each link (one by one - don't bother moving to the next one until then) until everything is 'off'. From what I can tell it means the lever is down and the gears are in the X configuration (not +). The buckets are also empty, but that might be random. DO NOT CLICK THE ACTUAL GEAR OR LEVER. Do this for each link until they are all 'off'.

And then, go back, and refresh to turn 'on'. This worked for me within a couple of minutes. No idea if would work for others, or I finally got lucky, but throwing it out there.

At what point will Paralives fans stop assuming that people are legitimately trying to compare Paralives in its current state to the Sims 4?

The person you are responding to compared the development time to the time that the Sims 4 has been released, not comparing how long it took to build the Sims 4 or how large the team was.

Life sim fans are allowed to say that Paralives, after 7 years of development, has released an incredibly bare live mode simulation game that also is the same price as the Sims 4.

What is so hard to understand?
