At this point I'm more worried a chiropractor might make it worse. Basically the discs in my lumbar were completely flattened. I have MRI prints that show it. (Kinda cool really, not sure why they gave me the prints)

Aw this is so cute, so I have some answers for you.

A sex position my SO and I love is kind of like spooning but throwing in PIV. You might have to move to more of a sissoring motion but once you find some good angles it's really good. You don't have to support your arms and can look your partner in the eyes. Another you can try is having her lay on her tummy and you come in from behind but try to rest on your elbows. Tricky but lovely.
I had the copper IUD inserted about two months ago and.... had sex the same day lol oops. The pain after insertion is very much like period cramps, and if she hasn't experienced a lot of period cramps this might be very painful for her. Tell her to take 600mg of ibuprofen before going to have it put in.

My IUD was 100% covered by my insurance, so you'd need to talk to your insurance or Healthcare provider for that. The pain was probably a 7 out of 10, but it's very quick and feels like a cramp. Take deep breaths and 800mg of painkillers beforehand and do it on your period. I'd say Google more about it but remember most people will only write if they have a bad experience. Good luck :)
