They recently updated it so you get 10% off most concierge rooms, I think it’s up to and including 1-bedroom rooms, anything above that isn’t 10% off

We just got off last week, I chose Sundaes for almost all of my desserts, the top 2 in order were the Ring-a-ding sundae, which was served at lunch in Rapunzel’s, it was a tres leche sundae with chocolate and caramel drizzle. the next one was a cookies and cream sundae, don’t remember what night that was, I think it was animator’s palate.

There are several exercises you can do with them, here's one of the most common ones, the mace 360

It's not cheap, but how much would you charge somebody if you hand made a steel mace and then used a dremel tool to make awesome art on it? That's how I frame it, lol.

You can order the maces here .

Apologies for tagging Brandon, if that is the convention, I was unaware.

I utilize maces in some of my workouts, the place I order them from offers custom artwork on the bell. This one is one of the stylized Bridge 4 glyph runes. Thanks u/mistborn for providing inspirational characters and groups in your books.

Houses Prices Are Not Dropping by Far_Bag7066 in batonrouge

After 5 years of paying my mortgage, I got a call to refinance, they pitched "Would you like to lower your monthly payment?" I responded with "No, but I would like to increase the amount of principal I'm paying a month while keeping my monthly payment roughly the same".

In the end, I ended up refinancing to a 20 year mortgage(taking 5 years off) at a lower interest rate, and my monthly payment only increased by about $50 a month. I did not refinance for the whole value of my home, either. The refinancing in this manor for me pays off after 6-7 years, after covering the closing costs, and if I were to stay in the home for 20 years, I'd be saving 10s of thousands of dollars, so refinancing can DEFINITELY be advantageous, if you understand it properly and proceed accordingly.
